Returns

We love our sustainable products and we know you will too! However, if for any reason you don’t, you’re eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us that you would like to make a return/exchange. Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service when sending your order back to us as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Items must be returned in the original shipping box/packaging and must have not been used. Once we receive your returned items we will assess the product/s and process the refund within 1 business day of return. 

For pick-up orders, the 30 days applies from fulfilment.

Please note sample sale and final sale items are final and we do not accept returns on them as written in the product description or title.

If you wish to return your purchase, please get in contact with us at support@somerside.com.au and quote your order number that was sent with your confirmation and we can assist you.

Returns - Faulty Products 

If you receive faulty or incorrectly supplied items we will happily refund or exchange it for you at our own expense. Should there be a problem with your SomerSide product, please take a photo and contact us at support@somerside.com.au.
